Nancy Guthrie...missing

a man with a ski mask on

On the morning of Sunday, February 1, 2026 Nancy Guthrie the 84 year old mother of Savannah Guthrie, a TV personality was abducted from her Catalina home in Arizona. The estimated time of abduction occurred between 1:45 a.m. on February 1st and 2:30 a.m. on February 1st. Information from the doorbell video camera and various electronic communication devices that Nancy Guthrie used, such as, an Apple phone and an Apple watch, we're used to ascertain the approximate time and duration of the abduction. From the time of the destruction of the front door doorbell camera, that is entry into the property, and the time that Nancy Guthrie's pacemaker app disengaged from her cell phone was 45 minutes.

The initial evidence consisted of blood splatter evidence that was seen and photographed on the door handle side of the threshold on the patio floor indicative of person standing in place and not moving. One thing that is puzzling is why was the blood spatter evidence in one area, and there was not a trail of blood splatter evidence indicative of somebody walking away from the door or being carried away from the door. Why did the blood spatter evidence stop at that point. Since we haven't seen the inside of the home we have no idea if there was a trail of blood spatter evidence inside the property. On the Megyn Kelly podcast, Megyn Kelly speculated that the pacemaker data would indicate whether there was a struggle in Nancy Guthrie's bedroom or any other location during the exit phase. This information hasn't been disclosed to the General Public.

Some people online, Megyn Kelly, are speculating that it was not a kidnapping from the beginning but a murder. However, if it was a murder why did the abductor take the body? The absence of a body would indicate an abduction then ransom request or more commonly a kidnapping. In addition there have been several ransom requests. One request for $6 million had a deadline of February 9th 2026, which is now expired. On the podcast by Megyn Kelly, she speculates that the ranson requests are not from the actual abductor, but from opportunist, those people trying to take advantage of the situation. The latest Ransom request which was sent to a local news station requested one Bitcoin $65,000 for information on who the abductor was. Tracy Walder a former FBI Special Agent speculated on "law & crime" about whether there was cartel involvement. Special agent Wilder deduced that it probably was not a cartel, because their violence is usually very overt and showy. However, she did say that it could have been an agent of the cartel working on this side of the Border, who would later transport Nancy to the other side of the Border. On the Nancy Grace show many of the experts unanimously agreed that the male figure in the video, that was released, looked extremely comfortable. thus we might draw the conclusion that it was some sort of sicario. In addition, one of the experts on the Nancy Grace Podcast pointed out The intruder carried some sort of flashlight inside his mouth. He was obviously prepared for his mission, whatever that mission may have been.

Law & Crimes' Chris Stewart had retired homicide detective Phil Waters on for an expert opinion regarding how search warrants are was issued. The conversation centered around the detainment of Carlos Palazuelos. Carlos Palazuelos was detained shortly after the release of the black and white front door camera video of the Nancy Guthrie estate. Carlos Palazuelos is a non-white Hispanic with a coal black mustache and a beard with lower lip facial hair. He was after a few hours of questioning. Mr. Palazuelos stated publicly for the news people and cameras that he had no idea who Nancy Guthrie was, and he did not have any affiliation with the crime. Detective Waters explained that search warrants are not given flippantly, but have a certain evidentiary threshold that must be met before the warrant is issued by a judge. Detective Waters also gave his expert opinion, regarding the front door video of the Nancy Guthrie estate, that has been at the forefront of new evidence of the abduction and possible killing of Nancy Guthrie. Detective Waters states that the manner in which the firearm was carried by the subject in the video was consistent with the manner in which the firearms are carried by Cartel members or Bandidos. Detective Waters referred to position of the holster in relation to the body as the the look.

It's hardly unlikely that the assailant, the abductor, walked out of the neighborhood with 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, who's a heart patient and has other ailments, of any significant distance, unless she was being carried in some manner. It's possible she walked all the way down the mountain but highly unlikely. She lives in the heart of a Suburban affluent neighborhood. it is also highly unlikely they would be able to walk out of that neighborhood without anyone's video camera detecting them, and without hearing neighborhood animals barking. The crime is alleged to have occurred at around 2:15 in the morning, there's not a lot of traffic moving in the area at that time in the morning. Therefore just as it was in the Kolberger investigation, regarding the Idaho four killings, so should it be here in the investigation with Nancy Guthrie. Somebody's external video camera should have picked up all the vehicular traffic moving during that time or strange figures walking in the dark. The FBI is asking everyone in the area to review their Dash and doorbell cameras to see if they can find any activity from January 1st to Febuary 2nd 2026. On the 11th of February 2026 the Law Enforcement possi found a black latex glove or gloves resembling those used by the abductor in the black and white video at Nancy Guthrie's house. However there seems to be a conflict developing between the FBI and the local sheriff's department. The FBI requested the evidence be turned over to them so they could analyze it in their forensic lab but the sheriff declined, and had it sent out to a private company in Florida .Arizona Sheriff Chris Nanos denies any claim he's been holding evidence. Sheriff Nanos said he wanted all the DNA type research to go to the same lab. It's also puzzling why someone living in a very affluent neighborhood doesn't have a home alarm system or is it that Nancy Guthrie forgot to arm the alarm before she went to bed. Certainly, the law enforcement agencies that are pursuing the case have a great deal of evidence that has not been revealed to the public.

Panch Villa vs the US Amy

If the reader remembers, Pancho Villa is an antagonist in American history and folklore. As a young Army Lieutenant of the United States Army Lieutenant George S Patton pursued Pancho Villa in northern Mexico during a punitive action 1916/1917 for the raid on Columbus, New Mexico by Pancho Villa's Villista military organization that killed 18 Americans. The punitive action was led by General John S Pershing. Pancho Villa was never found or captured, but legend has it that George S Patton found his top captain Juan Cardenas and killed him with his six gun becuase Juan Cardenas refuse to surrender. It was the first use of mechanized Warfare by the United States Army.
